1. Ownership of User Designs

You retain ownership of all content and material you upload, submit, or store on our Sites, including but not limited to images, designs, logos, and other graphics (“Designs”). However, by submitting Designs to Print Magic Transfers, you grant us a **non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license** to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, display, and distribute the Designs solely:

* To fulfill your order or service request.
* To display your product on our Sites or promotional platforms.

2. Representations and Warranties

• You have obtained all necessary permissions for any identifiable individuals appearing in your Designs.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Print Magic Transfers harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these warranties.

3. Content Moderation and Takedowns

Print Magic Transfers may review Designs for policy compliance and reserves the right to:

• Refuse to print or use Designs that violate this Policy.
• Remove Designs without prior notice if we believe they are non-compliant.
• Request written verification of ownership or rights at any time.
• Suspend or terminate user accounts for repeated or serious violations.

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your Designs. We are not liable for any loss of content.

4. Use of Your Name, Image, and Likeness

If your submitted Designs contain any identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have received their written consent to use their name, image, and likeness in accordance with this Policy. For individuals under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from their parent or guardian.

5. Print Magic Transfers Content

All content available on our Sites that is created by or licensed to Print Magic Transfers (“Print Magic Transfers Content”) is our intellectual property. This includes templates, software, artwork, graphics, text, fonts, and tools. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without our express written permission.

6. Trademark and Copyright Infringement
